The mission of the scholarship program is to help students achieve important qualifications in subjects as diverse as mechatronics, immunology and optical communication, and then use those qualifications for the long-term benefit of their country of origin. Since 2005, PhD and Master of Science students have been funded in the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
